Activity: Become an expert about a certain time period

My favorite time period was the Victorian & so I’m taking to researching all about this revered era.

If you’re in need of some inspiration how about you give the following a try:

Ottoman Empire

World War I/ World War II

Cold War

Viking Age

The Renaissance

Think about all aspects of these periods. Social, fashion, religious, political, technology & everything in between! When you’re done researching, put all you’ve found (along with all the pictures) into a nicely written report, print it & bind it! You’re now your own expert in whatever period you chose!

Activity: Write a Biography

Think of someone. Anyone. It could be a scholar, scientist, dancer, actor, doctor or a writer and write a biography about them. You can include as much or as little information as you like. If it takes your fancy, add a picture or two to make it more exciting.  Get educated!

To help get your creative juices flowing, here’s a few names for starters:

♥ Albert Einstein

♥ Beethoven

♥ Florence Nightingale

♥ Mark Twain

♥ Oprah

♥ Mother Theresa

Get writing!

Activity: Spark Your Inner Creativity

Gaetan Lee

Choose an area in your life, then on a piece of paper write down ideas about it. Maybe you want ideas to become a healthier person, or ideas to save more money, or to study harder. Come up with at least 20 ideas before reviewing them. Not everything you have written down will be good, but quite a few ideas will be. Now all that’s left is to implement them!

Activity: What Makes You Happy?

 Sabrina Campagna

Ask yourself: What makes me happy? Make a list of all the activities, songs, people, places, food, videos, photos, websites, jobs, and days that make you happy. Once you have your big list (and I know it’s a very long list) think of ways to incorporate all the things that bring you happiness everyday. Your week will thank you for it.
