Developing a Proper Studying Schedule

My first piece of advice for developing yourself a study schedule is to see how you spend a typical day. This Flash exercise is particularly helpful in doing just that. Once you’ve done that determine how you spend a typical week.  This is really helpful. Having done that you’ll know how much time you have on your hands and ways to find more time to study.

♥ Study at a regular time and in a regular place

♥ Study as soon after lectures as possible

♥ List your priorities then study in that order

♥ Study in short, frequent sessions

♥ Keep study supplies in a handy place, such as a box, so you don’t have to keep rummaging around for them

♥ Try to study at the same times each day

♥ Study your hardest subject first since this is when you have the most mental energy
